2. All payments are final
By using CuseTheJuice and approving a wallet transaction, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- x402 USDC payments for paywalled API calls and agent endpoints
- Base Notary hash-recording and verification fees
- “Buy me a Coffee” tips and other voluntary payments
- Any other micropayment made through this site
3. Why refunds are not offered
- Payments are settled on-chain in USDC on Base. Once confirmed, blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by us.
- Many services are delivered immediately upon payment (for example, an API response or an on-chain on-chain hash record).
- You are responsible for reviewing the price, network, and wallet prompt before you approve any transaction.
4. Errors and disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us using the email above. We may review good-faith reports, but we are not obligated to issue refunds, credits, or compensation. Sending funds to the wrong address, choosing the wrong network, or misunderstanding pricing does not create a refund entitlement.
5. Service issues
Temporary outages, failed requests, rejected transactions, or changes to pricing or availability do not entitle you to a refund for prior completed payments. Services are provided as described in our other legal policies, including Acceptable Use and Hold Harmless.
6. Changes
We may update this No Refunds Policy at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
