2. Agreement

By accessing or using CuseTheJuice (including x402 APIs, demos, tips, Base Notary, and related tools), you agree to this Hold Harmless agreement in addition to our other policies.

3. Assumption of risk

You understand that web3 payments, smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain networks involve risk. You assume full responsibility for:

• Loss of funds, failed transactions, or incorrect payments
• Wallet security, key management, and approval of on-chain transactions
• Network congestion, RPC failures, and third-party service outages
• Reliance on API outputs, on-chain hash records, or any information from this site
• Compliance with laws and regulations applicable to you

4. Release of claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the site or services, including claims for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CuseTheJuice and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the site or services
• Your violation of any policy, law, or third-party right
• Content you upload, submit, or cause to be processed (including files used with Base Notary)
• Disputes between you and any third party related to your wallet or on-chain activity

6. No warranties

The site and all services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any hash record or verification result will be accepted by any court, employer, or third party.

7. Not legal or financial advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.

Base Notary is for educational purposes only. It is not a legal notary service, legal framework, or official record-keeping system. On-chain fingerprints are a technical demonstration only and must not be treated as proof in a court of law or relied on for legal, regulatory, employment, or contractual decisions.

8. Changes

We may update this Hold Harmless agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
